That's why my antenatal course for breastfeeding is all about how to make breastfeeding a calm and connected journey, between you as new parents and your beautiful new baby.


The course is split in to two parts and includes:


Session 1:

  • Bonding with your baby
  • Breathing techniques for calming and connecting
  • What to expect in the early days with a new baby
  • Soothing techniques for calmer feeding
  • How breastfeeding works
  • Techniques for relaxation to help your milk flow


Session 2:

  • How to breastfeed - how to latch your baby, how to use different positions and how to get a deeper, more comfortable latch
  • What to expect in terms of newborn nappies 
  • What to expect in terms of newborn behaviour and needs
  • Techniques for relaxation to help your milk flow
  • How to prepare for life together as new parents and how to support each other along the way
  • Breathing techniques to calm and ground you in stressful moments
  • Relaxation practise

  • On-going support via Whatsapp and a 30 min new parent call once baby is here
